“JiroTalks” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) is a mobile application operated by Asobiware, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “Asobiware”). Use of the App is subject to the following Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”). By using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. These Terms set forth the conditions for using the App.
The App offers paid services and products through in-app purchases. In-app purchases are made via payment services such as Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Subscription plans are automatically renewed, and users must cancel them via their account settings. Fees already paid are non-refundable under any circumstances. Additional products other than subscription plans may be added in the future.
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering as members. Users must properly manage their accounts and passwords and must not transfer, lend, or share them with third parties. If there are changes to account information, users must promptly update it.

If a user violates these Terms or Asobiware deems it necessary at its sole discretion, Asobiware may suspend, restrict, or delete the user’s access to the App.
Copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights of the content (text, images, videos, programs, etc.) included in the App belong to the operator or legitimate rights holders. Users must not use (reproduce, reprint, sell, etc.) such content without permission.
Asobiware properly manages users’ personal and usage information and handles it in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Users agree to the contents of the Privacy Policy when using the App.
The App is provided “as is.” Asobiware makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, continuity, fitness for a particular purpose, etc. of the service. Even if the content provided as a language learning app is inaccurate, inappropriate, or defective, Asobiware assumes no responsibility. Users use the App at their own risk, and Asobiware assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from such use. Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Asobiware and its affiliates from any and all losses, claims, causes of action, obligations, liabilities, and damages (including attorney’s fees) arising from their access to or use of the App, false representations or warranties made as part of these Terms, violations of any provision of these Terms, or claims that content provided by Asobiware is inaccurate, inappropriate, or defective.
Asobiware may change, temporarily or permanently suspend, or terminate the content or specifications of the App without prior notice to users.
Asobiware may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms will take effect when published in the App. By continuing to use the App after the changes, users are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
These Terms were originally created in Japanese. If any translation of these Terms conflicts with the Japanese version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the App or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of Asobiware in the first instance.
Minors must obtain the consent of their legal representatives (such as parents) before using the App. If such consent is not obtained, use is not permitted.
If you believe that any content in the App infringes copyright, please contact Asobiware. Asobiware will take appropriate action.
