Asobiware establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information in the mobile application “JiroTalks” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”).

1. Personal Information We Collect

In the App, users may provide their email address to Asobiware in order to register an account. The App also uses Google Analytics for access analysis and Google AdMob for ad delivery. In connection with the use of these services, cookies, advertising IDs, device information, usage data, and similar information may be collected automatically.

2. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information

The purposes for which Asobiware collects and uses personal information are as follows:

To provide and operate the App
To respond to inquiries from users
To send emails about new features, updates, campaigns, and other information regarding the service the user is using, as well as information about other services provided by Asobiware
To contact users as necessary for maintenance, important notices, and similar matters
To identify users who violate the Terms of Use or attempt to use the service for fraudulent or improper purposes, and to suspend their use
To allow users to view and modify their registered information, delete their information, and review their usage status
To bill users for usage fees in paid services
To improve the service and analyze usage
To optimize ad delivery
For purposes incidental to the above purposes of use

3. Changes to the Purpose of Use

Asobiware may change the purpose of use of personal information only when it is reasonably recognized that the changed purpose is related to the original purpose. If the purpose of use is changed, Asobiware will notify users of the new purpose, or publicly announce it within the App or by other methods prescribed by Asobiware.

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

Asobiware will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the user, except in the following cases or where otherwise permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other applicable laws and regulations.

When the handling of personal data is outsourced to an external party
When the App is acquired
When personal information is jointly used with a business partner
When disclosure to a third party is otherwise legally permitted

5. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The contents of this Policy may be changed without notice to users, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or elsewhere in this Policy. Unless otherwise specified by Asobiware, the revised Privacy Policy will take effect when posted within the App or through similar means.
